We manage a network of fully owned and partner facilities, coordinated by our Design, Innovation, and Business Development teams. End-to-end oversight—planning, sourcing, production, and final QA—keeps quality tight and timelines dependable.

Continuous Investment

We invest in modern knitting and finishing technologies— including AI-assisted error detection, advanced jacquard capability, and automated dyeing/chemical dosing—along with expanded rotation and digital printing. A group-wide ERP transformation (SAP) further streamlines planning, traceability, and decision speed.

Printing Excellence

Our hybrid digital + screen platform delivers premium effects and precise registration (e.g., HD, puff, foil, glitter, partial screen). Digital patterning and automated placement reduce sampling loops, cut waste, and accelerate approvals.

Lean, Verified, and Sustainable

Lean production principles guide every stage. We prioritise water-based auxiliaries where performance allows, source from positive chemical lists, and can support programs requiring standards such as GOTS, GRS, RCS, and OCS. On request, we provide ZDHC InCheck reporting aligned to your brief.

Energy & Resource Stewardship

Solar integration, heat and water recovery, and process automation help lower our footprint while keeping quality stable at scale.

Trims & Components

Vertical trims capability—including narrow weaving, cords, and raschel—expands design possibilities and shortens supply chains.

Logistics & Quality Control

Finished and semi-finished goods pass through controlled inspection prior to dispatch. Deliveries are executed via customer-approved logistics providers for safe, on-time arrivals worldwide.
